It works for me. You might have to update your Java applet cache: http://www.java.com/en/.

No, it's working fine. It's not a video link. It gives you the live picture of when you clicked on the link. If you hit refresh, you'll see that things have changed (people moved, etc.).

Now it appears to just give still shots when you refresh. Actually it was a real time webcam previously.... you'd see the waves coming into shore, the trees blowing and people walking back & forth. Must be experiencing some kind of hiccup, but I'm sure that they'll find out soon as a few companies in Osoyoos use their link.

Now that I think about it, when I tried it a week or two ago I think that it was refreshing every ten seconds or so. Maybe they forgot to wind it.

Sorry Longint, but I have to correct you on this issue. We actually stayed at the location of the web cam, got to know the owner a little, who demonstrated the cam just outside her office door. It initially worked as an "almost" real time video display with a 1-2 second delay, but certainly good enough to give you a real time feel. It doesn't seem to be working properly right now, as clicking on the "view live cam" only performs a one frame video update.
