very impressive. I'm just getting the model railway bug after 20+ years away from it, don't think I could afford something quite that scale.

How far is Osoyoos from kelowna? Is it somewhere to visit on the way from kelowna to Vancouver?

Hi David!

Osoyoos sits right on the border of Canada & the USA. It's roughly a 1½ hour drive from Kelowna (around 80 miles)

Now, if you are heading to Vancouver from Kelowna, you would follow Highway 97 down to Penticton, then onto Osoyoos. You will notice a turnoff for 3A in Penticton, but continue on 97 until reaching Osoyoos. From there, take the 3A highway, which will merge onto the Highway 3 all the way to Vancouver.

Hope that makes sense?

Wow! Lovely stuff Hans! I am always amazed when people have the patience (and skill) to construct such things. truth be told I would live a massive model railway myself, but I simply lack the required skill to do it ! :wink
