Hi,
We were in Peachland for a run (for my son) and we stayed on to have a swim in the lake.
We knew there were diving boards, which are great, but they have installed a new section with a zip wire and a rope swing on the other side. It is all on a new decking (which is big in itself). This is all on the beach on Okanagan Lake in the central area.
Great for a day out with the kids, there is also a lifeguard on duty.

thanks for that info soozy
i drove through peachland a couple of weeks ago and saw the new deck but didn't realize that it had a zip-wire/rope swing. the fact that a life guard is on duty is also good to know.

Its really good down there. You can get some good air off the top springboard!
Watchout for the deck. Its a bit slippy. Saw someone slip and crack their head.
Great fun though. First time swimming in the lake for me. How refreshing is that fresh water?!
Bit different to Skegness and the North sea.
