Nice place. I worked on the finishing crew there and was impressed with their choices.

It's a condo development, sort of. You own a unit, but you are obligated to have it available as a hotel rental for at least half of the year. I assume that there is revenue coming back to you when the room is rented but not sure how much. There is a wide variety of rooms, from your basic hotel room up the scale to two bedroom loft suites. Every unit has a full kitchen, nice cabinets, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and every one has a deck.

There is a small marsh/pond (see to the left of the boardwalk in the photo) between the building and the lake that was kept in an untouched state throughout the construction phase. There is an active beaver damn there, along with all sorts of birds and animal life.

Phase two is under construction now.
