Friends of ours stayed in the Summerland motel when they were 'sussing' the Valley out last summer. They had 4 kids and wanted to be together, not in separate rooms. They had a lovely 'apartment' type room with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, doors leading out to their own garden area. It was very reasonable too. They seem to have extended quite a lot recently too.
