I am posting this link for the District of West Kelowna's website, as I think it's fairly current and may be a helpful link to other research questions around the forums.

Re: West Kelowna - Water Rates
A bit of an update needed now that West Kelowna has recently received city status.
As of July 1, 2015, the city water, consumption and maintenance fees will be increasing by 15 per cent. While you are perusing your bills, you may notice that July's costs are a bit more - you're not wrong; city sewer user fees went up 20% (RDCO sanitary sewer user fees went up 5%).
Apparently, the average single-family homeowner will now pay $73 to $98 more annually.
