Armstrong is noted as being in the North Okanagan, but references also mention it being in the District Municipality of Spallumcheem.

You may already know that Armstrong is known for their cheese making! The Armstrong Cheese company was purchased by Saputo in the 1990's and the local cheese factory was closed. Thankfully, The Village Cheese Company was established in 1998 as a small family business and they continue to use traditional recipes and methods to create their artisan cheeses.
