Is there anyone that knows of a good Commercial Realtor, not sure what we want to do when we get out there just doing some research!

Hi,

First thing to know is that there are 4 basic "types" of Commercial Real Estate in BC. These are:
Commercial
Land
Business Opportunity
Lease
Multi Family
and naturally within those there are sub catagories...
Propery with buildings
Businesses with no property
Land, buliding and business..
you get the picture.

While there is a commercial real estate license - a realtor does not technically need one to work with buyers and sellers.

Commercial real estate is firstlyall about the numbers. CAP rates, assessments and appraisals. It has got to make financial sense. Then the "emotional" factors of.. I love this place can start to factor in!
