Canadian Pacific Holiday Train

Post by RhB_HJ » Wed Dec 19, 2012 6:17 pm

Change of scene for this year's video shoot - CPR changed the schedule and I wasn't impressed when a lot of stuff was to happened in the dark. Alas .... off I went on Friday Dec 14th.
Hit the road at 03:00 and drove to Banff, AB to make sure I'd get the train in daylight and at some favourite spots. The video tells the story.

Thank you!

For those who are interested in trains - I heard there are people like that :grin :grin - I have several train albums on VIMEO

along with "a few other" videos which generally show just how beautiful our surroundings actually are.

Cheers

The CP Holiday Train is such a nice tradition. With all the recent changes in our rail system, I'm not sure if it is still operational this year. RhB_HJ got some great captures last year (see the clip above), if you'd like to check it out.
