To keep everyone in the picture with Web Cam activity, we will post news, updates and issues on this topic.

We'd like to thank Poplar Grove Winery for their prompt email response, to say that they are aware of their current web cam issue and are working as fast as they can to resolve the problem.

Sandy Beach Motel (Osoyoos) ... have not yet responded to our enquiries, so unfortunately, we don't have any update on the issues with this particular web cam.

The Web Cam for Holiday Park Resort in Kelowna appears to be offline this morning. I have contacted them and will post an update here, once we know more!

Update: Up and running again this afternoon (20th July).

It appears that Poplar Grove Winery are still having issues with their live streaming web cam, but hope they find a solution soon!

We have also "standardised dimensions" of all live streaming and snapshot web cams earlier today, so all displays should be equally scaled in the main viewer window (not the larger sized pop-up window).

Kind Regards.

Looks like Central Okanagan Sailing Association are also experiencing issues with their web cam. I'll give it a couple of days, then drop them a line - just in case they are not aware of the issue as yet?

Kind Regards.

Quick note to mention that the provider of all Global Okanagan live streaming web cams, have upgraded their software, which now allows you to pause live streaming footage.

A good number of updates have been made to the Web Cam section over the last 2-3 days, including visual, structural and new additions to the collection.

There are currently 7 new web cams on our extended collection (outside of the Okanagan Valley). As with the Okanagan cams, you can access them via the links or small photo thumbnails.

Otherwise, developments are ongoing, so expect to see small changes in the days ahead.

Kind Regards.

We are now supporting a total of 8 web cams outside of the Okanagan, including the latest high quality cam from Waterway Marina & Resort in the Shuswap, looking onto Mara Lake (added on 28th August).

Kind Regards.
