
Roo! I shared some of my tips in another thread in this section & what I do know I've picked up over this past year on the net and at arranged "coupon swaps". I remember when magazines had oodles of coupons, but I don't tend to see that as much anymore. Maybe some of the household related magazines like Canadian Living might have something. Walmart puts out a free magazine every month or two that has a number of coupons in it.
Other than the inserts, keep an eye open on the inside of product packaging & tear pads in grocery stores. Many manufacturers will send coupons to you if you contact them via email or by phone.
I find I'm saving some cash by price matching. Our local Walmart is accepting price matching across Canada - not all stores have adopted the same guidelines, so always best to check with their Customer Service Manager.
