I am posting these as for those who are new or looking for some cherry picking ideas, being I have been coupon shopping since I was 17 (now 44) I know what the family needs and what my basic foundation is and don't need a ton of items. I've posted my deals to show you any savings is better then none.

That it is important you start slow and budget $10-20.00 a week or month whatever works for you and your family.
I am very big on helping others so many of my shops or post will have the code of the coupon I use and the date or media it came from.
