British Invasion
Does anyone know anything about a new shop opening in Peachland called British Invasion. I keep seeing adverts but there is no sign of the shop yet. When is it opening an where will it be. I love pineapple chunks and hope they sell them.

Re: British Invasion
Yes it is open.
Went there yesterday after world of wheels. It's next to Autoplan on the main drag Beach Avenue
I got some baked beans and some old fashioned blackcurrant and liquorice sweeties!!
They take requests for any foods too.
The chap who served us was a lovely Canadian chap.
Glad to see such a shop on the Westside!!

Re: British Invasion
Hi Happy Expat,
We popped our heads in to say hello to the folks yesterday morning, during our day at the "World of Wheels" in Peachland. They opened last Wednesday, so very much just finding their feet and have new shipments coming in.
Very friendly owners (Mike & Anna) ... and sure they will do very well with people who enjoy those "must buy" British Products. Moops was offered some black current liquorice too and thought it was fabulous.
As Manchesterchick mentioned, they take requests, so if you are craving anything not "yet found" on their shelves, I'm sure they will try and track it down for you!!!
P.S. As a little side note, even the Ice Cream van in the park was run by an English couple! ... British Invasion indeed!!
