Thank you very much for taking the time to post this!! Siv & I are planning to go to visit my Mom in Penticton and this will definitely help avoid the delays. I've heard that there will be more closures this week

(mind you, I've never heard of men trying to avoid delays in visiting "mother-in-law" ??? )

There is a potential rock slide so the highway is closed now and no one knows when it will open again.
