Not all the land on the westside is First Nation (Blue area), as you can see below. They have two parcels of it.

There are some very nice parts to live, and new shop coming at the end of the year.

Just for clarification to those who are not familiar with the area, the only blue areas on the map that belong to the Westbank First Nation are the two smaller areas at the right of the map next to the Okanagan Lake Bridge and in the centre-bottom of the red area between Lakeview Heights and Westbank. The larger blue area to the south, west, and north of the red area is not First Nation land.
The apparent purpose of this particular map is to delineate the confines of the Westside Electoral Area in respect to the up-coming referendum on whether or not they wish to join Kelowna.
