Hi!
we are looking into moving to the Kelowna area from Greater Vancouver and have seen the Tallus Ridge development which looks very nice.
What's it really like - we haven't visited as yet!
We have a toddler son - what are the facilities like in the are for kids?
How easy is it to get to the UBC campus from Westbank?

We live just a few minutes away and have been popping round to see how the development is coming along. The houses are attractive and they are keeping as many of the original trees as possible. There are a couple of play areas and walking trails. Some of the houses over look Shannon Lake and the golf course.
The lots seem to sell quite quickly.
It is just a 5 minute drive to the shops of Westbank. Shannon Lake Elementary is a nice school.
The main UBC campus is probably a 35 minute drive depending on the bridge traffic but the new bridge is due to open in July.
