MORTGAGE RATES - if you have a variable rate...

Hi..
RBC Mortgage specialist Pam Owen advises that the bond rate has risen and there is talk mortgage rates will be on the rise soon (some possibly already are). So if you are in a variable rate mortgage - or know someone who is.. please spread the word ... people should contact their lenders for specific information and advice.
