I woudnt, necessarily, buy now just because of the hst coming in July, 2010. Whether or not the housing market has bottomed out in the okanagan is more important at this stage. On the other hand, I suppose for flippers, anytime would be a good time to buy

Yup, the initial report sounded like 'panic fire' to some degree!

I heard something about a possible change in conditions before it comes into effect next July?? (rumour I'm sure)
