It's back on the market!!

A short while ago before we bought our house we offered on one just up the road in Keloka Way but they wouldn't take the offer and we wouldn't go any higher as it needed lots of work in my opinion.

Someone else on here also saw it advertised but it was sold by then but i cannot remember who it was, so maybe you will remember when you read this, anyway to the point.

We noticed today that there was a for sale sign outside so we looked it up on MLS and it is now advertised with new kitchen and appliances and fresh paint and the price has gone up from $479,900 to a whopping $598,000!!!!!!!!
$120K for a new kitchen and paint wow that's some hike.

I was thinking the same but then of course there would have been the expenses incurred buying it, the expenses incurred doing the work and then the realtors commision etc to sell it again so i wonder just how much they will clear and whether they will actually get anywhere near the asking price.

I like to be nosy and go and see it again.

Nigel - your realtor can access the actual sold price on that place.

Good work. Easy dosh, loadsamoney innit. Beats working for the man.

Anyway, plenty of frothing at the mouth idiots paying over the odds for mediocre places. Palaces for the fallacies, fill 'em full of fake plastic trees mwahaaa.

Well i cannot beleive it but another house we had details of but sold before we saw it is now back on the market with a note on the for sale board saying "newly updated"

Don't know what the price is this time as it's not listed on MLS yet.

I'm with Rich - it's just stupid what people will pay for houses around here, compared to reality. We bought a bit of a project ourselves because the houses that have been 'newly updated' seem to be really overpriced - or am I just cheap?
