RE: 2560 Stillwater Way, Lake Country, BC
Hi All: And forgive me if incorrectly posted. We will be shortly visiting Kelowna to purchase a retirement home and we are seriously interested in a new development property that will be close to this rezoned area. Does anyone know if this amendment has been approved or not approved? This would increase the building height to 4 storeys and add much more density and traffic to the area. This is not interesting to us. We've googled and not found any updates or status. As we live in Montreal and will be in lovely Kelowna in June, we would like to be prepared when visiting with the real estate agent and or project promoter. Thanks in advance, KelownaBound!

Sounds like you might be Lake Country bound instead! You could try contacting the Lake Country City Hall planning department and hopefully they can provide you with further information.
