Has anyone experienced any difficulty getting results from the mls website? It has recently changed it's layout/search fields and I haven't been able to get anything off them! So frustrating!

Basically any criteria I choose comes up with no results! I really don't get it. I've tried being specific and I've tried being vague but nothing! Frustrating. There are some properties I want to check on, see if they're still there or if they've gone down in price. Oh well, if you Kelowna-based people aren't having trouble it must be me!

To be serious for a moment i know exactly what you mean it happened to me as well after they changed it. I then stopped being specific about the property and t told me it had found too many and to narrow my search????

I haven't tried for a while as we now have somewhere but it has definitely only happened since they changed the site.

Saw a great house in Rose Valley on there yesterday and boo hoo it sold the very next day. Pig-Wig didn't even get time to do the drive by for us!

Haven't had a problem with the MSL site by the way.

Hi Kobo

Talking to Pig Wig it sounds like you were looking at the house in Keloka way, which had a beautiful park like yard.
We saw it the day it came on the market and loved the location, garden and style of house but it did need a lot of updating. The kitchen was very old and had built in oven and hob which looked ancient, the bathrooms were also old and needed replacement although the owners had repainted the kitchen cupboard doors and were in the process of painting the tiles in the main bathroom brown!!!!
The more i looked around the more the term "money pit" came to mind but if you had the cash or the expertise then it would be a good buy.
The other thing was that none of the gardens were fenced and you got the feeling the neighbours liked it that way as it was very open but not much good if you have a dog.
