We haven't even bought one yet and I'm talking about selling!
We heard that it is quite expensive to sell a property in Canada.........is this correct?
Also,
Just wondered if we should rush and buy, to get on the property ladder or take time to buy the right one.
We keep changing our minds on what to do and buy, daily!
Have a mortgage........not have a mortgage...........buy an investment property............don't buy one...............

Yes i think so but i'm not an expert so hopefully one will pop up and tell us but i heard that realtor fees can be up to 10% although it's not 10% on the total selling price it's split up.

Realtor's fees vary, but generally it is 7% on the first $100,000 and 3% on the remainder. There are other companies like 1% Realty too. You can also sell it yourself which generally takes a little longer, but if you have the time will save both you and the buyer those "huge" realtor fees. We have sold all but one of our homes this way.
