Does anyone know about or have any insights on the Killeny Beach area off Westside Road?... I see a few lots for sale in there.

If it's where i think it is then it's quite a way out and i wouldn't want to commute along that road often, particularly in winter.
I beleive its along Westside road near Fintry but there is nothing much out that way and its a long twisty road that has some steep drops in parts. In fact you are probably as close to Vernon as to Kelowna at that point. It is more of a holiday cottage destination, great for weekends but not for commuting to work/college/school/shops etc.
Just my thoughts of course.

I assume that you mean Killiney Beach, coglonr. As Nigel said, it's not usually for those who need to commute to town every day, though it'd still be quicker than the M25 and much better scenery.

It's about 40 k to downtown from Killiney - I have a fabulous Log Home on half an acre for sale out there if anyone is interested.. wink wink nudge nudge...
Good pricing for lots and view homes because of the distance. There is fire protection provided by community fire hall and volunteers. Lots of access to recreation for sure.

Thanks Brell...
Would you mind me asking what the location and asking price is for your property?
