Looked over this site this morning, which initially seemed like a basic overview on Immigration to Canada. However, if you take a look at the bottom of the page, there are guides on coming to Canada (Employers, Individuals, Holiday Makers etc.) .... as well as assessment forms.

We've used these guys to help us with our visa application. Service is okay, but not sure what they've added - apart from being a 'comfort blanket'.
Info's quite good tho' on the site.
